Bad Service!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service to say the least!! The agent is evasive and elusive!! Never takes your calls, never answers e-mails and this is prior to Covid19 as well. Rentals are not paid on time. Always an excuse for eveything! Nothing is ever certain. Something needs to be drastically done here. Still waiting for my rental after it was paid in and not cleared and when i checked again the money was reversed.
