Unprofessional and little regard to customer satisfaction

This business owes us a refund for a purchase we made on a property and then they tell us that the money is in a 32 days notice despite us never having been informed that it would be kept there to begin with.

I don't recall having been kept in the loop about what was happening with the property, PropertySA just sat with a significant amount of money from us. We paid for this property almost a year ago and in that time the transfer has not gone through. We did not even get confirmation of having paid the money, they just sat with it and for a period there was confusion with regard to the location of the money between them and the attorneys. If You act in good faith and hold up your end of the bargain, I am of the opinion that they will not reciprocate.

Cathy ignores calls and emails while the company sits with your money. Keep you money far away from them, I do not recommend doing business with them, they operate like ******** in my opinion.
