PropertySA - Cathy Thompson - *******!

Terrible experience with PropertySA . They rented out a granny flat for me but after the tenant signed they disappeared.They were meant to come back and do and complete the ingoing inspection on the property, but they didn't. No visits during the entire lease period despite numerous attempts to contact her to come sort out issues from both the tenants side and my side as the landlord.

The worst is at the end of the lease , we express we do not want to continue to use her anymore and then she started avoiding calls or texts. when I used an unfami**** number she answered and then claims the deposit money is in a 32 day account and will contact us when its released. To this day she still hasn't paid it back over 6 months later.

When I went looking for Cathy Thompson and her staff, the PropertySA business is closed down. they were in Seadoone mall but I was told they didn't even pay rent for the space there either.

In my opinion , she is a ********* and *******. Watch out. She might close this business and pop up as another name. Durban/Amanzimtoti clients, be careful.
