Deposit dispute at Property hut Vanderbijlpark

I had rented a flat in Vanderbijlpark,and paid R4800 deposit they requested only now after 12 months thinking my deposit will be paid back or atleast I will stay one month free . Only to find out that property hut doesn't pay out deposits back to clients,up to now am still struggling to get my R4800 instead am getting insults from their Principal:Thando Chake
