Advised the estate about the problem we had with short pay due to covid at work but because my deposit wasn't paid in full when i first moved in, they asked me to settle it and I did same day and made an arrangement to settle the outstanding in full this month but I managed to pay 80% of what's outstanding but they forced me out and refuse to pay me my balance and deposit.
