worst property sale experience ever

Agent repeatedly **** about conditions in house that we specifically asked about. Then was very rude when we pointed them out. Also got in someone to do an electrical clearance who did a terrible job and issued a certicate that was in no way acceptable at all. When complaint was lodged about the agent's unprofessionalism and rudeness the manager failed to even have the decency to respond. The very least that could have been done is an apology given but apparently even that was asking too much. Disappointed in the dishonesty and unprofessionalism and the lack of any means taken to make right - even in just apologising. Will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone. In fact... please take heed of the warning and never ever buy a house through propertycoza! There are agents there who will quite happily ***** you over and managers who do not care!
