Withholding Tenant Deposit *******ly

As an owner I would recommend NOT using Propertycoza to let your property. I have lost money as a result of their awful service in not following up timeously on interested tenants, but the FINAL straw ... No incoming review is done so I have no documentation on the state of the flat and They are refusing to repay the full deposit to my tenant despite my saying that this is what they should be doing. Legally the tenant paid them 1 month rent + 1 month deposit. Now they want to deduct other non property, non tenant related expenses from the deposit.
