Unprofessional Service

I gave an opportunity to this company to market my property two years ago. On two occasions they presented potential buyers on a rent to buy deals. The first deal did not go through after the buyer defaulted on the contract and also in paying the rental. The second deal also did not succeed as the buyer claimed misrepresentation from the company. She claims that a condition was inserted into the rental agreement without her knowledge as this was done after she signed the contract.

As a the owner of the property are suffered a lot of inconvenience arising from unfulfilled commitments and lies from the Propertycoza and some degree of unprofessionalism. They are more interested in making money than taking the interest of clients into consideration. They utilize clients rental income to manage their cash flows and are not responsive. In the first deal, they let me suffer losses to the tune of R3k and currently I am waiting for monies to be paid but they are deliberately delaying the process at my expense.
