The arrogance and unprofessional approach of property coza agents

I am very upset with this agency. The woman who I dealt with, Rashida was very rude, arrogant. She told me she is doing me a favor getting me this property. After i go to management. Rashida calls me casually and starts chatting away like nothing happened, after which I ask for an apology. She then says "oh sorry". The manager then calls me and tells me Rashida tried to apologize. An apology is willing not forced. It's also said with an empathetic attitude and is not just two words. This is a extremely unprofessional company. Never do business with these agents.
