TERRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM BELINDA AT PROPERTY.COZA KEMPTON

I recently bought a flat in Kempton park through an agent that works at Property.CoZa. I have been battling with getting some of the information that's really important to me. I called my agent and she advised me to call the office because she was on the road and could not assist at the time. I called the office and a woman by the name of Belinda answered the phone. I asked for the details, I needed the contact number for Pika homes in order for me to get keys for the flat. Belinda answered in a very rude manner asking why am I asking the contact number from her, is she Yellow Pages. I then responded to her by mentioning that the person that referred me was the agent that I have been dealing with and only then she gave me the number.
