Apart from the fact that they signed the lease agreement they are completely useless. From the beginning my utility billing was incorrect. They never once assisted me as the tenant or acknowledged my rights. Sided with the Landlord all the time as they were also listed to sell the house. When I moved they charged me for items that never existed in the first place after their agent Jakkie failed to do a post inspection with me. I was charged for electric fencing and an alarm...they never even existed. A gate motor that was in perfect condition when I moved. The list goes on...... like charging me for rain damage after I moved!!!!

Pretty much....theft.
