Propertycoza Lakefield Square

I've had the most terrible experience of my life with this agency, and 9 months later I'm still suffering the consequences. They gave me a tenant that was late with payments from the very first month. 2-3 months down the line the tenant did not pay at all. When I speak to the agency they dragged their feet. I eventually managed to evict the tenant. At the time of eviction the tenant owed me about R10 000. Long story short: I went to the agency asking them to assist in black listing this person as the person does not want to pay, then Propertycoza tells me they can't help because the person is no longer their client. This is the worst agency ever and they dont care at all. Guys if you have any advice for me please do advise, i need to get my money back and pay the arrears they've placed me in.
