Property.co.za Ficksburg are ********

I have met a lady by the name of Luzelle bonthyzen an agent of property.co.za at ficksburg. The lady was nice until I wanted my full deposit back after I vacated the flat.I moved out of my flat on the 31st of December 2020 and I waited for my deposit until the 13th of January. My deposit was 4500 but today I got 3800 and the agent told me that they deducted 750 for the door that was damaged by the pipe burst at the flat. I even told the agent when it happened that I don't want to be told to fix the door. The pipe bursed 3 times and as we speak my bed, my TV stand, my shoes to name the few they are damaged. The owner did not even compensate me for my damages.The flat has old pipes that even the plumber advised the agent to fix them but no they don't listen. They are ****** both the owner and the agent.
