Property rentals through Property.co.za

When I moved to Cape Town, I was dreading the search for a rental property, because agents, NEVER tells you everything. Found a couple of places of interest and within my price range on the internet. Rep**** on a couple of websites for the agents to contact me. Of the roughly 30, only 1 agent came back, ON TIME, every time. Another 3 did contact me, but this was after about a week. The agent that I worked with was Brian Super from Property.co.za down in Parklands. Through Brian's guidance I rented a property that I did NOT ever set foot in, OR saw. Did it via the internet. But I knew every nook and cranny of the property and when I finally arrived it felt like I was home!! Even though this rental, was a first for Brian, as it was for me, it was a painless process. ALL forms completed via remote application and we only met in Person, on day 2 after I have moved in. Thank you sir, for a job well done!! I have found a place WELL worth renting.
