Occupational Rent

I bought a existing property through this agency,and the OTP i signed indicate that once the property is registered if the seller is still in the house he should pay occupation rent.The house was registered on the 10 of August 2022.To date I haven't received any communication as to when will I receive the occupation rent nor have I proper meeting with the previous owner and the agent to discuss that when will the owner move out. Currently am renting a back room.
