Never buy through these ******!!

Bought a BRAND NEW house through this company. When we first viewed the house (physically not online as he did not send any links to view) so we viewed the property and had a number of queries like landscaping, gutters, finishing etc. His response was he would ask but as we can see the house is still in progress.... when the house was finally completed i was given access and made a final snag list.... this agent says its not his responsibility any more... i thought i bought the house from you and you said these issues will be resolved?? also a number of thing will not be done as it was not in the contract?? but we asked you and you verbally confirmed it would be done. your response THE HOUSE IS IN PROGRESS. All i warn is to not use these ****s. you would rather want to work with a company that actually sells you what you want that gives you all the PROPER feedback in a timely manner as you know after you sign the contract there is unfortunately nothing you can do to get out of the contract . This will not be our last property we buy but we will NEVER buy through these people.
