Need advice

I signed a purchase agreement with a potential buyer in February 2020, the purchaser got a loan from Nedbank with conditions. The purchaser cannot meet the conditions. I indicated to the agent that this was an urgent sale.

Am I obliged to wait until the purchaser meets the conditions?

Can someone please advise me?
