Bad Service

Purchased a property and there were few issues to be rectified, but after the registration I'm still awaiting to get the issues resolved. When I phone the agent now, she is ignoring my messages and phone call because they have got paid their commission already. This is the response I get from the agent now that there interest is met. Pathetic!
