AGENT LETS HERSELF ON THE PROPERTY WITH NO PERMISSION / COMMUNICATION
I wish I could give a ZERO Star review. One of your Agents based in Westville KZN decided it was ok to let herself onto the Deceased Family Member's property with no previous communication and no permission form Family. She just casually took gate arms off and allowed herself in. This is totally unacceptable and disrespectful and I am actually shocked at the lack of courtesy to Family Members who are still grieving. Your agency has NO mandate to sell ( and never will !) and the property is not on the market to be sold, she trespassed which is a ******** offence. I will be filing a complaint to EAAB for Improper Conduct and I trust that Property.CoZa deals with this matter appropriately
