PropertyCom rental agents poor performance.

Moved out of a rental on 31 May. Did the exit inspection on 1 July with the rental agent Melissa Haggard of PropertyCom where no issues were mentioned or noted at the exit inspection. It is now a month later, and Melissa and the company she works for PropertyCom in Qqeberha have STILL not finalised the remaining deposit held by them.

I have emailed Melissa, I have emailed the person listed on their site as the Principal/Financial administrator (Anita Kritzinger), and I have emailed PropertyCom’s office email address. None of my emails have been addressed or responded to. How can a Rental Agent company operate like this?

They have not adhered to the Rental Housing Act with regards to refunding deposits, and have not even adhered to the lease agreement they have/had with me with regards to finalising this within 14 days after moving out. I have emailed 3 of the company’s email addresses and No one has responded.

Very unprofessional company.
