Agent refusing to refund rental deposit and ignoring communication

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding extremely poor service and unprofessional conduct by a rental agent.

After moving out of the property and fulfilling all my obligations as a tenant, including leaving the premises in good condition, my deposit has still not been refunded. Despite several follow-ups, Melissa Haggard has failed to process my refund.

She is now ignoring my WhatsApp messages and has not provided any feedback, explanation, or timeline regarding the return of my deposit. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through the Rental Housing Tribunal.
