Untidy business with water leaking walls

Am one of the tenants at Jeppe post office flat corner jeppe and von brandis johannesburg cbd, late last month l reported that when its raining there is water oozing from the walls into our apartment, it used like a small leak and asked them to fit it, these past weeks it has been raining every day non stop and l asked to be moved to another apartment in the building as am forced to mop water every day and source out empty cupboards to put on my door to try and stop the water from coming through. I did this before month end and submitted all the necessary documents l was asked and up to date nothing has been reported back to me. I have been calling the care taken n sending him messages, he just reads and ignores. Im tired of leaving like a hobo and paying rent close to r6000 for such services. Today l have decided that let me move lm tired of fighting and not being helped. This building is healthy hazard and not fit for people to stay in. To make matters worse l stay opposite the dustbin room and now because of the water most tenants now leave their ******* outside. Im tired afhco with your poor service and down grade building!
