unhelpful and rude
Emailed the agent regarding a property advertised, sent an email with no reply so i decided to call. Not only does she answer the phone very abruptly but she tells me to hold for a while. I eventually hung up and have still not recieved any call back, not that i want to do business with her any way... My question is, a person working in such a field, is she/he not supposed to attract sales and not shake them off? Apauling service and i sure as hell will not be interested in dealing with her... Ps: this is not the first complaint i have heard of about her.
