Unhappy client

Evening guys can you please help me trace mac njamela as he has blocked me from his phone. He made me move into a house that was a complete mess and never gave me back a signed agreement between the landlord and i. Im not happy that him refusing to pay back my depost of r3500. I moved in in April as expected the house would be top notch and up to standard but nope the house had leaking taps, toilet broken, geyser not working, water burst outside, mats smelled of urine, dust and the house had ticks and bosluise the walls were dirty and the doors not locking properly. I even suggested to assist in getting people to paint, Clean the mats and also a plumber to fix the house but he would tell me im undermining his job. So 10days into staying in this house i told him il be moving out month end as i wont be paying r3800 for such a house and i want out. Now he involved the landlord when i asked him to get the house keys at the police station as we were not seeing eye to eye h ignored my calls that day and sent the landlord who called requesting the keys. Now i have sent him a letter of demand and he hasnt responded nor communicated back to me, i tried finding his agency but theres no address nor office listed at eduprop i found the agent under property 24 for rental houses in motherwell Port Elizabeth. The landlord is also not helping in paying back my money. Please kindly assist me in getting him to contact me as this matter is getting out of hand
