Stop Estate Agents harrasing property owners

Dealing with Property24 has been a pleasure HOWEVER the business needs to do something about protecting private owners listing their property for rent/sale from Estate Agents. I hve been harassed non stop by Estate Agents asking me for 1 month's rent to find me a tenant DESPITE me clearly stating on my ad "no Estate Agent commissions". It turned me experience in to one of aggravation.
