Last week I emailed property 24 with regards to an apartment I saw online. They forwarded my details to the owner. I sent through all my documents and was approved. I paid the deposit and a time was arranged to fetch the keys. The owner went MIA, and never pitched with the keys. I emailed property 24 and was merely met with a 'we are not aware of all the people who use our site'. This is unacceptable as people have come to rely on this estate agent. Is there nothing I can do Peter?
