Rowcor Properties / Agent Manual Jose De Carvalho

I am very unhappy about the service I received from Rowcor Properties / Specprop, the agent I dealt with was Mr Jose De Carvalho, I also dealt with Mrs Eleanor Jacobs, as well as Mr Theuns Jacobs. I would like to know, why Property24 allow an agent that cannot produce a valid FFC certificate when requested to advertise on their website. Surely you can add a feature below every agents name for them to add their valid FFC Number. This will make people aware to rather deal with agents who are registered, and to avoid the ones who aren't. I am struggling to get my deposit back of R14 500,00, after they already decided that they will not refund me the admin fee of R1500,00. The agency has already paid the agents commission, without a signed lease. Every time when I phone to find out what is happening with my deposit. They tell me they are still waiting for the agent to pay back the commission. How can an agent be paid commission before a deal is finalized and a lease agreement signed, as well as knowing he is not registered? And to top it all off, Mr Theuns Jacobs tells me over the phone, don't worry baby, your money will be paid. I feel this is disrespectful and very unprofessional.
