Aula Properties are one of the worst I have come upon. After numerous emails from my son in law regarding the bedroom cupboard and carpet that is wet after replacing a geyser they don't care a damn who suffers. My grand son has lung problems and the wet carpet and cupboard is a total health risk.

It seems that the body corporate has no knowledge of any difficulties when renting and because my children are young even worse. Be aware of the extremely poor service given at Plaza Mayor in Centurion. If this situation continues I will take further action as a 2 year old health is at risk.
