****** in the Property sector in East London

My family and I are homeless now due to ****** in the Property division in East London since all the agents are white and we have been getting rejected yet we can afford and our credit record is on par, Harcourt East London and Trafalgar the agents purposely waited for another applicant yet we sent ours first, thought it was a first come first serve, always we are rejected by the "owners" because we are "Black" can someone assist and tell us how does one qualify to get a place to stay? Or must we ask before we apply if the owners are white or black since now that seems like a problem, maybe when the agencies advertise can they state what kind of race they want.
