Property24 dishonest and ***********

An attorney held an account with Property24 to advertise properties. He cancelled the account in July but the account manager never actioned the cancellation request and kept charging the attorney. It is now November and Property24 debited over R12000 from the attorneys account. The account manager admitted to her negligence in writing and even after doing so Property24 is unwilling to refund the money of the attorney and on top of this... I opened up my own new firm and wanted to register to make use of their services. They have not refunded the attorneys money and want to hold a completely different entity liable for anthers account. How is this legal? They know they have a monopoly in the real estate marketing industry nut does this give them the right to do as they please? The are operating as if they are above the law...

The worst of all is that we are obligated to make use of the assigned account managers but they are quite useless and ***********. We are paying for a service that is non existent.

They are now unwilling to assist my firm with the advertising of properties until another firms account is settled...
