Property listed without my consent

It is shocking that property24 allows agencies to list properties *****ulently. I'm in a situation where my Ex partner is selling our joint property without my consent, the law states that in a joint property there's nothing you can do without both owners signatures but to my surprise my property is listed without my consent, I called the agent to remove the listing he doesn't want to assist, I thought property24 will come to my rescue but they told me that they cannot intervene as 3rd party I'm shocked and defeated that it means that as long as they making money they don't care about what's right and wrong.
