Property 24 posts adverts of houses for sale without the owners knowledge

Be careful when looking on property 24 website.They are accepting adverts from Estate Agents who have never contacted the owner to advertise their property. I have had a recent experience where I was looking for my property on Google earth and to my shock horror their is an estate agent from Kellerman Williams who is advertising my house 7 Tamarisk Crescent ,Vredenburg ,Bellville.When I phoned the advert and spike to the agent he said that he is under the instructions fro Esilaw attorneys from Tygervalley to advertise my house and cannot discuss it with me? He has intact received a signed off for my house? Needless to say I have hired an attorney to look into this as my house is not up for auction. I contacted property 24 to remove the advert and they are still advertising my house. So when signing any contracts for houses with scrupulous estate agents and attorneys ,especially if you are doing a cash deal. Property 24 does not screen con artists and ********* estate agents and when unformed they do not act urgently to remove their adverts.
