Property 24 no response to messages and whatsup

Once again property 24 has disappointed me. Received a mail regarding a 3 bedroom house to rent in Mayville for R9000 per month. Responded but the agent didnt even reply after messages and whats up. Reported this. Only answer forthcoming the incident will be looked into..Heard this story before but no action was forthcoming.
