Private Ad posted without permission
I posted a private advert on Private Property to sell my home, an agent DK Properties stole this ad and posted it on the property 24 website without my permission through his agency, i have no dealings with this agent and never authorized this. I reported this on the property 24 website to have my ad removed. 3 days later it is still on their website, the reply from Property 24 is they have requested the agent to remove it and will let me know once it is done. <br> surely they should be removing ********** listings immediately. They are extremely unprofessional in handling matters such as this.

We have investigated this matter and found out that your report was sent through on the 21st of May in the evening. We then contacted you and the agency DK Properties on the 22nd. Unfortunately, we do not remove a listing immediately if someone reports a listing, as we are required to investigate the report first and provide them with a 24hour turnaround time to respond with confirmation of the status of a listing. Our team made contact with David from DK Properties this morning again, and he confirmed that we can remove the listing. The listing has now been removed from Property24.com.
