Listing on the website are not real
I am looking to buy cluster in Sandton.<br> <br> 9 out of 10 listings on Property24 are old listings that estate agents keep listed, solely to build up their books of buyers looking for homes to buy.<br> <br> You would think that such a big website would have a mechanism to control this. For example, a button that you could push to report listings from agents that have already sold in order to stop this kind of behaviour.<br> <br> Very frustrating. <br> <br> Please fix it.<br> <br> Or alternatively, someone please start a business that only posts current listings that have not been sold, and take Property24 out of business.

We understand how frustrating this is and we're continuously working with Estate Agents to better their service.
They are responsible for keeping their listings up to date. However, we do have a Report Listing button on each listing so that one can let us know if something is wrong with the listing - like it's expired or old. We encourage you to use that button whenever you come across an expired or old listing so that we can contact the relevant Estate Agent and investigate further.
