Its time something gets done about this

To all consumers and agents alike please note how unfairly we as agents are being treated and charged.

So in other words I am being charged for when people click on: My name or view my number or view my email

so whether i get a call or message or anything from that doesn't even matter not to mention I have zero proof of these views or any way of contacting these supposed clicks I just have to pay.

Why not just let us pay for actual leads instead of hiding our contact information just so you can charge us.

Why not just show the details like you are supposed to as it is the whole point of why we as agents use the portal, we are trying to make a living and make use of the tools available but the systems are unnecessarily designed to cost us more money.

It was not like this in previous years and was at least fair, when you got a hit you got a hit and hopefully it resulted into a sale now we just get charged for people trying to see our number which should already be there.

not to mention it could be anyone including competition just clicking on your name or email and we must just pay
