Intern rep useless -doesn't understand customer service

<p>Good Day</p> <p>I have tried since last week to get hold of Alisha to find out if the property in silverlakes is still available a d if we can view this week? Yet i have not received any calls sms or email back and each time i call (076) ********** a lady answers and says that she will call me back yet nothing happens and when i was given this nr (061) ********** goes straight to voice mail?!</p> <p>If this is the kind of service you as a company give to your clients its truly pathetic!!!</p> <p>I honestly do not understand why is it that all the other agency's bother to call or get back to me yet karisproperties doesn't bother to assist or even pass the message just to get info on a place, this is honestly beyond pathetic!!!!</p> <p> </p>
