House hunting Property24

My partner and I are first time home buyers, we've been house hunting for a while,only viewed 3 houses so far and all 3 houses are in pelican park. Our first view housing was with a lady name Meagan Van Der Vent,omg she was amazing lovely energy and very exciting person unfortunately we didn't take that house .The 2nd house viewing was Deen Saville,we fell in love with that house but wasn't guaranteed it was going to be ours as we were 2nd in line for that house,we sent our stuff away to him as he was going to help us with a pre-approval, something we didn't know we should have,he kept us updated about the 1st people who wanted to purchase the house but after a while he just started ignoring me which is unprofessional. The 3rd lady who showed us a house today was Candice Koeresies,when we set up a viewing for today over the phone she wasn't really much professionals and she would reply with "K" and "Sure" almost like she wasn't taking us serious,we were there waiting for her to finish talking to other people in the cars,other people showed up after us and they got to view before us but when it was our turn we got told to leave. I'm not sure who the guy was trying to lock us out from viewing the house but yeah so she then told us it's best we just go home, wasting our time and petrol. How are we supposed to find a home when I've had 2 bad experiences,it makes a person not want to get a house anymore and we need a house before we get married. We might be young but we serious about getting a house so they should be taking us seriously as well.
