ESTATE AGENTS not removing sold stock
Estate Agents leave listings of houses on this site even after these house has been sold and are no longer available. They probably do this so that people will contact them and then they say the place is sold but can I show you something else. These Estate Agents should be penalised for doing this. This is false advertising and it creates an expectation with the client to go can view a particular listing. I find this behaviour very sly and don't want to deal with estate agents. I know it is difficult to control from Property 24's side but users should be able to report these Estate Agents. I know of a current listing on property 24 where the house has been sold at least 8months ago and the listing is still displayed.
