Choose bad real estate agent

I sold my house, and the house was registered today. The agent inform me today that the house has been registered.and I should move out by Thursday. They have paid the money that is due to me. And I wasn't given a notice. And no-one is telling me when I Going to receive the payment. All they saying I should move out
