Bad service

I erroneously activated a property listing on property24 for R1830. To my demise, my laptop seemed to have saved my card details which aided this error.

I immediately contacted property24 and informed them of the error. I have asked for a refund since the listing was add less than 2 hours ago & it was not active.

Roshaan Samodien- immediately unpublished my listing and now he does not respond to any of my follow up emails regarding the refund.

I had hoped to list my property with property24 in July, but after this poor customer service, I'm wondering if I chose the wrong company.
