Bad Attitude from onset by propert manager whilst

We had a very bad experience with a well known property company property.coza .We were going to sign the lease agreement and are very well within the affordability bracket and approved for the property we were assisted by an agent by the name of Charmain Stander upon meeting with her boss who was not welcoming to begin with my family and I were undermined by Steven Botha who seemed very agitated, there was a miss information about first payments to be made when Steve Botha jumped and told us how he has a 7 year old child sitting alone at home waiting for him and we wasting his time for us that was honestly a simple matter that could be discussed he then said he is cancelling the whole contract whilst packing his belongings.it was shocking to get such bad attitude and service from someone in management position when the agent was the complete opposite and very friendly. Strongly feel Steve Botha should receive disciplinary action from his boss because that is a sale lost And bad for business at property.coza<br> <br>
