Assisted rentals are a waste of money and delay your rental

What a waste of money. I regret signing up for assisted rentals. Nobody follows up with tenants. I missed out on 2 months worth of rent and I thought no one was interested in my property only to find more than 10 people had wanted to see the property but were never called. They don't even want to refund me and change my advert back to unassisted, which is going to continue losing me money. I am so disappointed. I have lost a lot of money because of this.
