Advertising old sales for false marketing gain.

After searcing for a house for thr past month, I have found out that so many properties advertised on this site has been sold. There was one particular propery that I was interested in, only to find out it was sold last year November. This is totally misleading. I have come to the conclusion that the agents are doing this purposely just to get you to call them.
