Ad not reflecting on app

Good day. My property reference no for this enquiry is P***.

I am a member who advertises my own flat for rent. I pay R415 every time I need to reactivate my listing. Whenever I follow up to see if my add has gone live, I find that it only appears on the website version and not on the app version of Property 24.

I need you to explain to me why you do not list my add on the app version which Im sure is used by the majority of clients. Am I missing something in your t's and c's or is this a bug you are too negligent to fix?

I have reactivated my add today and it is still under review, but I would like for you to ensure that my add reflects on both the website and the app.
