It is honestly a nightmare to get assistance from the agents on property 24! It is such a ****** platform. They will contact you and once they find out you are a person of colour, black to be exact, they will stop responding to your emails or all of a sudden the unit is taken. I haven’t had any luck with dealing with agents on property 24. I am so disgusted.
