Renting house but can never buy electricity because of outstanding account of owner.

<p>Hi, i just want to find out, i am renting a house with a pre paid electicity meter. Everytime i want to buy electricity there is a amount outstanding of R1400. i have sit without power because of this. Then in the end i have to pay the account and then buy electicity. Yes the angent did pay me the money back, but this is now the 3rd time, and this time i do not have the R1400 to pay the account for him. The previous time i paid the account,i asked them nicely to pay it back asap and clear it for my debit order to go off,They said no problem they will do it,they paid it 2 days after and did not clear it. This happens on weekends and i dont get a helpfull respons from them never mind a solution for the problem. The previous time i have sent them a mail stating that should this happen again, i will take it that they broke the contract and i will move and i expect my full deposit back,becasue of them breaking the contract for a 3rd time.</p> <p>i have proof of everything. i have lots of probems with this house and this agency and really want to move but my contract only ends in December 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone advise me what i can do? Will i be able to win this? By moving before the contract ends and getting my deposit back, i can not struggle like this after paying my rent always on time of R10 300 a months.</p>
