What is Happening in the Property Practitioner Regulatory Authority?

WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE PPRA? Attached please see the email that I wrote to the PPRA: Attached please see my proof of Payments, of which the first payment was made on 29 September 2022 but I am still waiting for my FFC.

WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THE PPRA??

Why does my FFC not get issued??

Why are the people making underhanded payments to members of the PPRA to issue their FFC'S??

Does the PPRA want me to also make an underhanded payment in order for my FFC to be issued??

A colleague of mine paid a large sum of money for his FFC to be issued, is it now expected of me to also make an underhanded payment, even though my FFC is fully paid up??

Please advise URGENTLY when my FFC will be issued.
