Please note that I have previously requested the necessary documents from Greg Howard, along with the required assistance, as per the PPRA. The case in question was heard over a year ago. Have called and left messages to no avail.

As an owner, it is important that I remain compliant with my tax obligations to SARS. However, to date, I have not received any documentation related to this matter, nor any compensation. This has unfortunately resulted in a significant loss of income from First Property Trust.

Your urgent attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
