PPRA - property practitioner regulatory authority not serving the community

Processed an online application against the managing of our complex on the 30th of November 2023. According to their mandate they have 14 days to respond. I made several calls and every time they indicate they are offline. PPRA then gives phone numbers which are not answered. Regards Lenny
